1. Nature and Condition of Merchandise

Appliance Reliance Outlet sells scratch-and-dent, open-box, refurbished, and/or previously used appliances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

These appliances may have cosmetic imperfections including, but not limited to:

Scratches

Dents

Discoloration

Minor cosmetic wear

These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the intended functionality of the appliance and are reflected in the reduced sale price.

Customer acknowledges that all cosmetic condition has been accepted at the time of purchase.

2. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once merchandise has been purchased and removed from Appliance Reliance Outlet premises, except where explicitly required by law or covered under a written warranty agreement.

3. Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Appliance Reliance Outlet provides a 30-day limited functional warranty covering mechanical and electrical failure under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage

Improper installation

Improper electrical, gas, or plumbing supply

Power surges

Customer misuse, abuse, or neglect

Damage during transport after pickup

Commercial use unless specifically approved in writing

Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or store credit at the sole discretion of Appliance Reliance Outlet.

Warranty is non-transferable.

4. Customer Inspection Responsibility

Customer has the right and responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to purchase.

By completing the purchase, customer acknowledges acceptance of the appliance in its present condition.

5. Pickup and Transportation

Customer assumes all responsibility for safe transportation of merchandise after it leaves Appliance Reliance Outlet premises.

Appliance Reliance Outlet is not responsible for any damage occurring after pickup.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery services are available for an additional fee.

Delivery includes placement of appliance in customer-designated location only.

Delivery does not include:

Installation

Electrical modifications

Plumbing modifications

Gas connections

Structural modifications

Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions.

Appliance Reliance Outlet reserves the right to refuse delivery if unsafe conditions exist.

7. Installation Responsibility

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring:

Proper electrical supply

Proper gas supply

Proper plumbing connections

Proper installation environment

Proper appliance fit and dimensions

Appliance Reliance Outlet is not responsible for installation issues or incompatibility.

8. Storage Policy

Purchased appliances must be picked up within seven (7) calendar days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Appliances left beyond seven (7) days may incur a storage fee of $10 per day.

Appliances left beyond thirty (30) days without communication may be considered abandoned and returned to inventory without refund.

9. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash

Credit cards

Debit cards

Approved financing methods (if offered)

Appliance Reliance Outlet reserves the right to refuse any payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliance Reliance Outlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any appliance.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the appliance.

11. No Guarantee of Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties may not apply to scratch-and-dent, open-box, or refurbished merchandise.

Appliance Reliance Outlet makes no guarantee regarding manufacturer warranty eligibility unless provided in writing.

12. Force Majeure

Appliance Reliance Outlet shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Union County, North Carolina.

14. Agreement Acceptance

By completing a purchase, customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
