Returns & Exchanges

At Appliance Reliance Outlet, we specialize in scratch-and-dent, open-box, refurbished, and discounted appliances. Due to the nature of these products and their reduced pricing, the following return and exchange policy applies to all purchases.

All Sales Final

All appliance sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once the appliance has been purchased and removed from our premises, except as outlined under our limited warranty.

Customers are encouraged to inspect all appliances thoroughly prior to purchase and pickup.

Limited Warranty Exchange Eligibility

If an appliance experiences a functional failure covered under the written warranty period (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified), Appliance Reliance Outlet will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the appliance, or

Exchange the appliance for a comparable unit if repair is not feasible, or

Provide store credit equal to the purchase price

Refunds are not provided.

Non-Eligible Return and Exchange Situations

Returns, exchanges, or warranty claims will not be approved for:

Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discoloration)

Improper installation

Improper electrical, gas, or plumbing supply

Incorrect sizing or fitment

Change of mind

Noise, vibration, or operational characteristics within manufacturer norms

Damage occurring during transport after pickup or delivery

Commercial use unless specifically approved

Inspection Requirement

Customer must notify Appliance Reliance Outlet of any functional issues within the warranty period.

Appliance Reliance Outlet reserves the right to inspect and diagnose the appliance prior to approving any repair or exchange.

Unauthorized repairs void warranty eligibility.

Exchange Conditions

If an exchange is approved:

Replacement unit will be of equal or comparable value

Availability of identical replacement is not guaranteed

Delivery fees are non-refundable and will apply to replacement deliveries

Parts Sales

All parts sales are final. No returns or exchanges on parts.

Special Order Items

Special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return and Exchange Policy.
